This class is a mixed-level Pilates Reformer class with the added use of the jumpboard. We'll introduce you to the equipment, focusing on proper alignment, core engagement, and fundamental exercises. The jumpboard encourages proper foot articulation, landing with a toe-ball-heel sequence, which strengthens the ankles and improves shock absorption for daily activities.
